摘　　要：军队医疗机构体检中心职能在不断的发展和完善。探寻科学、有效、贯通、持续、全面的健康监测与管理的方法,是当前体检中心管理者最关注的管理思想之一。远程医疗系统是现代网络通信技术、计算机多媒体技术和传统医学相结合的产物。利用远程健康管理系统把军队官兵的健康管理做到持续化、贯通化、日常化,开展以疾病危险因素筛查、评估与干预为基本模式的健康服务,增加健康管理内涵,实现体检模式向健康管理模式的转变,做到官兵、基层卫生所、部队中心医院三位一体的保障模式,是我们研究的重要课题及发展方向。Functions of physical examination center in military medical institutions are undergoing continuous development and improve- ment.To explore the scientific, effective, thorough, sustainable, and comprehensive method of health monitoring and management is the most concerned management theory for present physical examination center managers.The telemedicine system is a product of the combination of modern network communications technology, computer multimedia technology, and traditional medicine.Remote health management system can make the health management of the army officers and soldiers sustainable, thorough, and routine.To carry out the health service based on disease risk factors screening, assessment and intervention, increase the connotation of health management, realize the transformation from examination mode to health management mode, so as to achieve a trinitarian security model of officers and soldiers, primary level health centers, and the military central hospital, is an important task and development direction of our research and.
