摘　　要：结合广州城市规划测量的工作流程,定制城市测绘标准化工作流,以此为基础构建"广州城市规划测量精细化管理平台",实现了测绘工程"全生命周期"各节点时间、人员与质量的精细化控制。文中从工作流定制、平台总体架构、数据库设计、功能设计、平台实现关键技术等方面进行阐述,对城市勘测部门"依靠信息技术提升管理效能"具有典型示范意义。Based on Guangzhou City, a standard urban planning and surveying workflow is customized to establish a Guangzhou refined management system platform which can realize the life-circle control of surveying and mapping engineering including time, personnel and quality. Combined with the actual surveying situation in Guangzhou, workflow customization, overall architecture, database design, main function and platform implementation technology are presented to set up a typical model for urban surveying department.
