摘　　要：阐述学报条形码的作用和结构.随机抽取了2013年出版的具有ISSN号的90种高校学报,对这些学报条形码的使用情况进行调查统计,结果表明,只有13.2%的学报条形码使用正确.指出条形码使用中存在的问题,并提出了促使学报正确使用条形码的建议.The functions and structure of the journals of universities and colleges are expounded. The random samples of 90 journals of universities and colleges with the international standard serial numbering published in 2013 are investigated, only 13.2 % of the bar code are correct applied. The paper points out the existing problems in the use of bar code and puts forward the suggestions for their standardization.
