摘　　要：[目的]探讨胎儿抚触对降低分娩产妇焦虑水平的影响。[方法]选择无绝对剖宫产指证、年龄21岁～35岁、怀孕16周～20周开始进行胎儿抚触技能训练的初产妇120例作为研究组,入选条件相同未进行胎儿抚触的120例初产妇作为对照组。分别于第1次产检时、入院时、分娩后采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定产妇焦虑程度;在宫口开全时采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)测评产妇产痛程度,测量产妇脉率、收缩压、舒张压、血中肾上腺素(E)及去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量。[结果]研究组焦虑得分、疼痛得分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),脉率、收缩压、舒张压及血E、NE含量均低于对照组。[结论]进行胎儿抚触可降低孕产妇焦虑水平和分娩疼痛。Objective：To probe into the influence of fetal touch on reducing the level of anxiety in pregnant women.Methods：A total of 120 cases of primipara were selected as study group who didn＇t have absolute cesarean delivery testify,age 21 years old to 35 years old,receiving fetal touch skill training from pregnant 16～20 weeks,another 120 cases of primipara with the same conditions but not receiving fetus touch as control group.To assess the degree of anxiety of primipara by using Zung self rating anxiety scale （SAS） respectively during the first prenatal,on admission,and after giving birth;using visual analogue scale （VAS） assessment of maternal labor pain degree in palace mouth open full-time,and measuring pulse rate,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood epinephrine （E） and norepinephrine （NE） content of two groups of puerpera.Results：The anxiety score and pain score of research group were lower than that of control group （P＜0.01）,and pulse frequency,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and the content of E and NE were lower than that of control group.Conclusion：Fetal touch can reduce the level of anxiety and labor pain of puerpera.
