病毒体外诱导草鱼白细胞产生干扰素的研究

摘　　要：本文在草鱼白细胞分离、纯化的基础上 ,用病毒体外诱生出一种抗病毒因子 ,经理化和生物学性质鉴定表明 ,该因子是一种干扰素 .其特性与病毒体内诱导草鱼产生的干扰素相一致且具有相同的抗原性 ,表明两者是同一种干扰素 .提示白细胞是鱼体内产生干扰素的主要细胞 .An antiviral factor was detected from the purified leucocytes of grass carp with the induction by virus. Biological and chemi physical characteristic studies showed that the antiviral factor is interferon. Its biological and antigenic characteristics are as same as that of the interferon induced in vitro from the serum of grass carp. The results indicat that both leucocyte interferon and serum interferon are the same one, and the leucocytes are the main interferon producing cells in fish.
