摘 要:以2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)为阳性对照,用二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH)清除法检测各药材水提物的清除自由基活性,铁离子还原法(FRAP)检测其总还原力,硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法检测其抑制Fe2+/半胱氨酸引发的大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化作用的方法,比较葛根、当归、山楂、菊花、鱼腥草、枸杞、胖大海等七味较为常用中药材的体外抗氧化活性。对比得出七种中药清除DPPH自由基活性强弱依次是:当归>山楂>葛根>菊花>鱼腥草>枸杞>胖大海;其总还原能力强弱是:当归>山楂>葛根〉枸杞>菊花>鱼腥草>胖大海;其对Fe2+/半胱氨酸引发的大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化物的抑制率强弱是:当归>葛根>山楂>菊花>枸杞〉鱼腥草>胖大海。结果表明,除胖大海外,葛根、当归、山楂、菊花、鱼腥草、枸杞等六种药材都有较强的抗氧化活性,而当归和山楂的抗氧化能力是最强的。In this study, the antioxidant activity of common seven kinds of Chinese medicines( Fructus Crataegi, Angelica Sinensis, Radix Puerariae, Flos Chrysanthemi, Herba Houttuyniae, Fructus Lycii, Semen Sterculiae Lychnopherae) were evaluated in vitro by the method of taking BHT as positive comparison. The free radical scavenging activity was measured with DPPH assay ,the total reducing power of them was detected by ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) assay, and the inhibition effect of them on rat micorosomes lipid peroxidation induced by Fe:*/Cysteine was tested with TBA assay. The comparison showed that the free radical scavenging activity was Angelica Sinensis〉Fructus Crataegi〉 Radix Puerariae〉Flos Chrysanthemi〉Herba Houttuyniae〉Fructus Lycii〉 Semen Sterculiae Lychnopherae. The total reducing power was Angelica Sinensis〉Fructus Crataegi〉Radix Puerariae〉Fructus Lycii〉 Flos Chrysanthemi〉Herba Houttuyniae〉Semen Sterculiae Lychnopherae. The inhibition effect of them on rat micorosomes lipid peroxidation irtduced lay Fe2+/Cysteiae was AngeLica Sineasis〉Radix Pueraxiae〉 Fructus Crataegi〉Fios Chrysanthemi〉Fructus Lycii〉 Herba Houttuyniae〉Semen Sterculiae Lychnopherae. The results showed that except Semen Stereuliae Lyehnopherae, other Chinese medicine showed strong antioxidant activity, but Fructus Crataegi and Angelica Sinensis were the strongest among them.
