摘　　要：根据密闭气罩的结构特点和工艺要求,设计了以西门子S7-300 PLC为核心的分布式控制系统的密闭气罩控制系统方案。主要介绍了控制系统中露点控制、零位控制、送风温度控制、提升门控制、余热回收喷淋控制、消防喷淋控制等关键技术环节。本系统在某纸业公司的一条4000/400造纸生产线上已经投入使用,运行稳定,可靠性高,控制效果良好。According to the structural characteristics of a closed hood and process requirements, a distributed control system solutions of closed hood was designed with Siemens S7-300 PLC as the core of the control system. The paper mainly introduced the key technongy of control system in the dew point control, zero control, supply air temperature control, improved gate control, waste heat recovery spray control, fire control etc.The system in a paper corporation of 4000/400 paper production line has been put into use with stable operation, high reliability, good control effect, with a strong practical significance.
