摘  要:气体扩散层碳纸起着支撑催化剂层、稳定电极结构和提供气水通道的作用,是质子交换膜燃料电池的核心部件。而高性能碳纸的关键技术,被欧美等国掌握,制约着我国开发PEMFC技术。本实验研究了不同碳纤维配比对成纸强度和导电性的影响,通过吸光度、电阻法检测及抗张强度偏差三种方法分析了分散剂对碳纤维分散及成纸匀度的影响。,结果表明:碳纤维配比对碳纸强度和导电性影响显著,70%-80%碳纤维配比比较合适;PAAS和CPAM对碳纤维的分散影响趋势相同,CPAM的效果相对较好;三种表征分散均匀性的方法分析结果基本一致和可信。Gas diffusion layer of carbon paper plays the role of supporting catalyst layer, stabilizing the electrode structure and offering the gas-water channel, which is the key component of PEMFC. But the key technology of high performance carbon paper is held by Europe, the United States and other countries, it restricts the development of PEMFC technology in China.The effect of the different ratio of carbon fiber on the paper strength and electrical conductivity were studied, the influence of dispersant on the carbon fiber dispersion was investigated by the absorbance method, resistance detection and deviation of tensile strength. The results showed that the ratio of carbon fiber had a great effect on strength and electrical conductivity of carbon paper, the carbon fiber ratio from 70% to 80% to prepare carbon paper was appropriate. PAAS and CPAM had the same trend on the effect of carbon fiber dispersion, CPAM was relatively better. The analysis results of three detection methods to present the dispersion uniformity were basically identical and credible.
