摘 要:针对草浆绿液硅含量高的问题,对其进行CO2法除硅,探讨硅含量对苛化白泥及其所加填纸张性能的影响。结果表明:随着绿液除硅率的提高,绿液中的硅含量下降,得到的白泥碳酸钙平均粒径逐渐下降,比表面积增加,沉降体积升高,吸油值下降,白度增加。用于纸张加填时,纸张的光学性能、物理强度以及抗水性都有了明显的改善。当绿液的除硅率达到93%,硅含量为0.62 g·L-1时,制得的白泥能代替商品PCC用于纸张加填。Removing silicon from the green liquor of straw pulping was aimed at high content in green liquor.'l-he effect of silicon content in green liquor on properties of calcium carbonate prepared from alkali recovery and paper added with it were discussed. The result showed that with the increase of desilication rate, the content of green liquor, average particle size and oil absorption of causticizing calcium carbonate were decreased, and specific surface area, sedimentation volume and whiteness were increased. When the lime mud was used as filler in paper making, the optical properties, strength properties and water resistance were improved obviously. The quality of causticizing calcium carbonate can replace the commercial PCC as papermaking filler when the desilication rate of the green liquid is more than 93% and silicon content is 0.62 g·L-1.
