红细胞生成素水平与风湿免疫系统疾病并贫血患者的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨红细胞生成素含量水平与风湿免疫系统疾病并贫血的相关性。方法采取酶免疫法进行测定无锡市人民医院2010年3月至2011年3月间40例风湿免疫系统疾病并贫血患者（A组）和40例正常人（B组）血清中红细胞生成素的含量。结果通过两组测定，A组血清中红细胞生成素的含量为（101．3±56．8）IU／L，B组为（172．3±111．5）IU／L，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。血红蛋白为30．0—60．0g／L、60．0—90．0g／L、90．0—100．0g／L的红细胞生成素含量分别为（95．2±48．8）IU／L、（102．5±57．2）IU／L、（123．5±66．8）IU／L，风湿免疫系统疾病贫血患者随着不同贫血程度的增加，血清中红细胞生成素的含量逐渐的降低，组闭比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论风湿免疫系统疾病并贫血的发生可能与血清中红细胞生成素降低有关，临床中治疗该病应多给予含红细胞生成素的药物治疗，从而提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the of correlation erythropoietin content level of with the rheumatic immune system diseases with anemia. Conclusion The rheumatism immune system diseases with anemia occurrence of associat- ed with in serum erythropoietin reduce the relevant, clinical middle treatment of the disease, should give erythropoietin drug treatment, thereby enhancing the clinical efficacy.
