中山市口腔医护人员个人防护行为及教育依从性调查的研究

摘　　要：目的了解中山市口腔科医护人员在工作中个人防护及教育依从性,为完善职业防护策略及教育平台提供科学依据。方法根据口腔科工作性质、血源性疾病的传播方式和自身防护的要求,设计了调查表,对中山市28所医疗机构口腔科140名医护人员进行问卷调查。调查内容包括个人资料,工作情况,过去一年中锐器伤及报告、预防用药情况,教育情况等,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 140名口腔医护人员中,戴口罩、穿工作服、接诊前后洗手及干手后戴手套等个人防护措施已经普及;但正确洗手、干手、治疗每个病人使用新防护口罩等防护措施,各级口腔医疗机构存在差异,民营及一级医院口腔医护人员个人防护行为及教育依从性比二级、三级医院低。结论各级口腔医疗机构要重视感染控制及继续教育问题,每一级别人员都应进行继续教育。Objective To investigate Zhongshan stomatology medical staff about personal protective behavior and educa- tion on the compliance for purpose of providing the scientific basis for the improvement of occupation protection strategy and education platform. Methods According to the nature of the work of the Department of Stomatology,the spread of blood- borne diseases and its protection requirements, We designed the questionnaire, a questionnaire survey was con- ducted among 140 doctors and nurses in Department of stomatology of 28 medical institutions in Zhongshan City. The in- vestigation content includes personal information, work condition, sharp injuries and report in the past year and preven- tion, education and so on, also we analyzed the results. Results In total 140 medical personnel, wearing masks, wearing overalls, washing hands before, and after admissions and drying hands before wearing gloves, personal protective measures have been popularized;B ut the correct washing, drying hands, treating each patient using the new protective masks and other protective measures, There have differences in oral medical institutions at all levels, medical personnel personal pro- tective behavior and education compliance in the private hospitals and first class hospitals are less than level two, level three hospitals. Conclusion Oral medical institutions at all levels should pay attention to infection control and continu- ing education, each level personnel can proceed continuing education.
