摘 要:对于主动段弹道目标的监视预警,国外主要是依靠天基预警系统,但其造价昂贵、建设周期长、不便维护,不符合我国实际情况。为解决此问题,可利用现有天波超视距雷达进行弹道目标的监视预警。从分析弹道目标主动段高频雷达特性与对目标检测性能的影响入手,提出了影响天波雷达检测弹道目标时机的天线极化选择、频率选择、尾焰回波凝聚等关键因素,并指出相应的关键技术及解决方案,最后给出了相关问题的一些结论。According to the surveillance of the power phase of the ballistic missile, some countries mostly depend on the space based early-warning system, but this kind of system is expensive and its construction period is longer and its maintenance is inconvenient. To solve this problem, the existing over-the-horizon-radar can be utilized as scouting the power phase of the ballistic missile. Based on the high-frequency radar characteristics of the power phase of the ballistic missile and its effect on target detection, the key factors on antenna polarization choice, frequency choice and wake flame echo agglomeration are presented, and some pivotal technical approa- ches and resolve schemes on the information disposal are discussed in detail.
