摘  要:自行研制的开放组培的抗菌剂添加到培养基中,不经高压灭菌,在室内开放环境(免超净工作台)播种7种植物种子。出苗后发现添加抗菌剂的培养基污染率与高压灭菌培养基(对照)基本一致,种子发芽率、苗高差异不显著,胡萝卜、绿圆苋菜各平均根数与对照相同,主根长与对照差异不显著。该抗菌剂对培养基能较彻底抗菌,对植物生长没有抑制作用,对人体无毒,环境友好,成本低廉,使用方便,具有市场开发潜力。The self developed bacteriostats for open tissue culture was added to media that would not be autoclaved,and sowed 7 kinds of seed on media under open surrounding without clean bench. The contamination rate of media was basically the same as that of control(autoclaved media),also the rate of emergence.Height of seedling had respectively no significant differences with control.The average numbers of root carrot and edible amaranth were equal to each of the control. The lengths of main root of both plant had respectively no significant differences to their control. The bacteriostats could inhibit effectively microorganism,had not harmful influenced on the growth of seedlings,was nontoxic to the human body,environmentally friendly,simple to use and low-cost,so it had development potential for commodity.
