摘　　要：中国新型城镇化战略的核心应转向县域城镇化,然而县域城镇化在发展过程中也产生许多问题。以宝应为例,从人口城镇化、空间城镇化、经济、社会城镇化的历程中,归纳出人口困境、产业矛盾、盲目扩张等问题,提出发展现代农业、塑造城市品牌、发展吸纳就业能力强的产业集群等城镇化发展建议。The core of China＇s urbanization is the county urbanization, but in the development process of county urbanization also creates many problems. In Baoying, for example, through the analysis of the process of urbanization in the population, space, economic and social, induces many problems such as the population predicament, the industrial conflict, the blind expansion and other issues, put forward the development of modern agriculture, shaping the city brand, absorbing employment ability of industrial clusters development of urbanization, such as advice.
