摘 要:利用中低温煤焦油烃类构成与天然石油相似的特点开展煤焦油加氢试验研究,以生产硫、氮含量低、安定性好的清洁燃料油组分。以中温煤焦油500℃以下馏分为原料,在小型加氢反应装置上对其进行加氢精制试验制备清洁燃料油,着重考察反应温度、压力和液体体积空速对加氢效果的影响。精制油进一步蒸馏切割得到石脑油馏分(<160℃)、柴油馏分(160~330℃)和尾油馏分(>330℃),其中石脑油馏分和柴油馏分分别占总体积的15.16%和60.38%,尾油馏分是很好的加氢裂化原料,在反应装置上增加加氢裂化段组成加氢裂化-加氢精制反序串联工艺流程,煤焦油实现全部转化,石脑油馏分和柴油馏分达到23.17%和72.41%,并对产品油馏分族组成和硫、氮等含量分析,结果表明生成的产品油可以达到清洁燃料油的标准。In order to product the low content of sulfur, nitrogen and the good stability dean fuel oil component, the ex- periment of hydrogenation of medium-temperature coal tar was studied based on the hydrocarbon composition of medi- uml low-temperature coal tar similar to that of natural 0il. Using medium and low temperature coal tar hydrocarbon composition similar to natural oil characteristics, coal tar hydrogenation experiment research was carried out in order to produce low sulfur, nitrogen content and good stability, clean fuel oil components. With a hydrofining test, medium tem- perature coal tar fraction below 500 ℃ produced clean fuel on the small hydrogenation reaction apparatus. The study focused on the reaction temperature, pressure and liquid volume space velocity on the hydrotreating effect that obtained the optimal condition. And then the product oil was distilled to obtain naphtha( 〈160 ℃ ) ,diesel oli( 160-330 ℃ ) and tail oil( 〉330 ℃ ). And the naphtha and diesel oil fractions respectively accounts for 15.16% and 60. 38% of the total volume. Tail oil fraction is a good hydrocracking raw materials, and increases cracking section in the device and consti- tuted hydrocracking-hydrofining antitone series process. Coal tar could transform totally, and the naphtha and diesel oil fractions accounte for 23.17% and 72. 41%. and their group composition and sulfur, nitrogen content were analyzed. The results indicate that the produced oil can achieve clean fuel oil standards totally.
