摘  要:为了提高水平放置回转干馏炉炉内物料的混合效果,利用离散元开源软件对相同横截面积不同内壁炉型时的物料混合进行了数值模拟和分析,以混合质量q作为评价混合效果的判断依据,对各类工况进行分析研究。研究结果表明:炉内物料混合是一个复杂的分离与混合相互转化的动态平衡过程;不同的炉型对物料混合的影响不同,且椭圆炉型中颗粒群所形成的3个区域的比例有明显变化;椭圆炉型中,炉体长轴由垂直方向向水平方向运动时混合物料群所形成3个区域中的活跃区颗粒数量较多;采用椭圆炉型时,物料的混合效果较优。Discrete element software was used to establish particles that placed in the horizontal rotary dry distillation particles mixed motion model to improve mixing effect of furnace, and the simulation motion model was on the condi- tion of different furnace type structures of rotary kiln inner wall and of the same cross section area. Based on the mixed in order to evaluate the quality of mixing effect of the judgement condition analysis, the results show that it is a com- plex dynamical equilibrium process about separation and transformation. Besides, different inner structures have differ- ent effects on the particle mixing, and the proportion of three regions shaped by the particle group have significant differences when the elliptic furnace type rolling around. Compared with other furnace types, particle group in elliptic furnace produce more amount of active region particles while the long axis of furnace body turns from vertical to hori- zontal. What is more, the mixing effect of the elliptic is superior to other kinds of furnace type.
