摘　　要：介绍了TI公司最新推出的多协议完全集成13.56 MHz收发一体芯片TRF7970A的结构特性和工作特点,支持近场通信(NFC)标准NFCIP-1(ISO/IEC18092)和NFCIP-2(ISO/IEC 21481),在此基础上设计了NFC模块。模块主要由NFC天线、高性能13.56 MHz高频(HF)RFID/NFC收发器IC(TRF7970A)、微控制器(MCU)组成。实验证明,该NFC模块可应用于移动支付、公共交通票务、门禁、电子海报等不同的领域。In this paper, introduce structure and working characteristic of TRF7970A, which support NFC standard NFCIP-1 （ISO/IEC18092） and NFCIP-2（ISO/IEC21481）, and a kind of NFC module based on it is designed. The module is mainly composed of NFC antenna, high performance 13.56 MHz high frequency （HF） RFID/NFC transceiver IC （TRF7970A）, microcontroller （MCU）. According to the experiments, the NFC module can be applied to mobile payments, public transport ticketing, access control, electronic posters and other different fields.
