摘 要:为满足步进电机驱动调压电源的需要,设计了一种新型多功能受控可调开关电源。设计中采用半桥拓扑结构实现,分析了电源的工作原理及工作过程,利用单片机STM32F103VC调节PWM调制芯片SG3525的参考电压端口,实现稳压调压。实验结果表明,该电源具有高电压调整率和负载调整率、体积小、质量轻等优点,完全满足步进电机调频调压驱动方式的驱动电源的要求。In order to meet the requirements of stepper motor drive voltage power supply, a new type muhifunctional controlled adjustable switching power supply was designed in this paper. The work of Half-bridge topology design principle and work process were introduced. STM32F103VC was used to adjust the PWM modulation chip SG3525 reference port to regulator voltage. The ex- perimental results show that this power has the high regulation rate of voltage and load, small volume and light weight, and fully meets FM regulator-driven approach of the stepper motor drive power requirements.
