摘　　要：针对现阶段油藏经营管理的粗犷性,提出了单井—开发单元—油藏经营管理单元的投入产出管理信息系统的设计,并构建了详细的效益评价方法,可以实现多层次效益评价的功能,有利于油田加强经济核算,完善经济责任制.At the present stage the reservoir management is very rough. Therefore, we proposed the input-output management information system based on the single well-development unit-reservoir management unit,and constructed detailed means of the evaluation for it. It can realize the function of multi-level benefit evaluation, and it is conducive to the oil fields to strengthen economic accounting and improve the economic responsibility.
