摘　　要：通过对目前农村社区的基本特征进行分析,找出推进新型农村社区建设的一般要求.然后引入"菊儿胡同模式",并根据其特征对这些要求进行适应性分析,证明"菊儿胡同模式"是一种切实有效的新型农村社区建设模式,可以因地制宜地推广应用于新型农村社区的建设.Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the rural community,we found out the general requirement to promote the new rural communities construction, then introduced ＂Juer Alleyway Mode＂ so as to analyzed whether its characteristics can be adaptability to these requirements, finally proved that ＂Juer Alleyway Mode＂ is a effective mode to the new rural community development, and it can be applied to the new rural community construction according to local conditions.
