趵突泉景区游客满意度测评研究

摘　　要：通过构建济南市趵突泉景区游客满意度分析模型,运用SPSS16.0分析软件对近300份有效样本的数据进行因子分析,对该景区的游客满意度进行具体的分析与评价.研究结果表明:游客对趵突泉景区的满意度主要体现为5个感知维度,并且呈现出景区社会文化、游览舒适度、旅游吸引力、旅游服务、旅游设施依次递减的分布特征.在此研究的基础上,建议景区开发多元化多层次的泉水旅游产品,完善景区服务设施,优化景区旅游环境.In this study,we made the factor analysis with the nearly 300 efficient samples with the help of SPSS16.0 analysis software through constructing tourist satisfaction dimension analysis model of the Jinan Baotu Spring scenic. And then, we analyze and evaluate the Baotu Spring scenic area tourist satisfaction in a specific way. The study results display that the tourist satisfaction of the Baotu Spring scenic area includes five measurement dimensions, .i.e. the social culture, scenic tour comfort, tourism attraction, tourism services, and tourism facilities. Five measurement dimensions of the tourist satisfaction have gradually decreasing differentiation. Finally, it provides references for the depth development of Baotu Spring scenic area. Suggestions for mining tourist resources connotation, improving tourism facilities, optimizing the tourism environment are given.
