摘 要:确定植物耐失水极限对养护管理、节约用水有重要意义。本试验研究以镜面草为试验材料测定不同失水条件下脯氨酸含量和植物相对含水量两项指标变化。脯氨酸含量测定使用751分光光度计。结果表明,当控水天数达20天时,脯氨酸含量变化与控水17天时脯氨酸含量变化以不大,且植株形态表现出萎蔫严重。当浇水后植株又恢复生命状态。由此确定镜面草植株耐失水极限为20天。It is of great significance for the maintenance management and water saving to determine limit of water loss tolerance of plants. The experiment, taking Pilea peperomioides as a case study, measures the changes of the two indexes such as the proline con- tent and relative water content under the condition of different water loss. 751 spectrophotometer is used to measure the proline content. The results show that, when the days of controlling water reaches 20, the changes of proline content is not obvious compared to 17 days' water control, and plant morphology shows sever wilting. After watering, the plant resumes life state, which reflects that the wa- ter loss limit of Pilea peperomioides plant is 20 days.
