伦敦奥运周期中国女排进攻战术研究——以16届女排世锦赛为例

摘　　要：第16女排世锦赛和伦敦奥运会中国女排的成绩差强人意,为改变这种尴尬局面;应当建立科学合理的战术体系,构建先进的进攻战术理论。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法对世锦赛中国女排对手战术运用情况进行了分析,得出结论:①技术短板明显、僵持阶段能力欠佳、卡轮顽疾成梦魇。②特长不突出、缺乏核心球员、战术落后。③整只队伍快变战术特点不在、仅凭强攻独木难支。Chinese Women Volleyball Team did not have good performances in the 16th World Championship and London Olympics in 2012. In order to change this awkward situation, it is necessary to construct scientific and reasonable system and advanced attacking theory. By literature consultation and specialist interview, this article analyzes the application of tactics of Women＇ s Volleyball Team in the 16th World Championship. The research results are： （1）Chinese Women Volleyball Team has a clear evidence of individual technical shortage, poor ability to grasp the opportunity in a stalemate and a bad luck during the transpositions. （2）Chinese Women Volley-ball Team has no obvious particularity, lacks key players and also is poor at tactics. （3）The whole team relies too much on storm assault.
