摘 要:以Pb(Ⅱ)、T1(Ⅰ)、In(Ⅲ)和Cd(Ⅱ)单个离子的△i_P-C斜率建立测量转换矩阵后,对四种离子的两组份、三组份和四组份混合离子的示差脉冲极谱波作卡尔曼(Kalman)滤波。所拟合的各离子峰高与其浓度呈良好的线性相关,再现性和回收率分别为2%和94~104%。讨论了影响滤波的因素。本法精确、快速,适宜联机处理极谱数据。The measurement transition matrix was calculated from the slope of for each ions as Pb, Tl, In and Cd. The DPP overlapping wave of two-, three-and four-component system of these ions was then resolved by the Kalman filter. The rcsults showed that the relation between the concentration of each ions and the estimated peak height was similar to that of single-component system. The reproducibility and recovery were within 2% and 94~104%, respectively. The factors of the influence on the filter were studied, and the reliability of the program was checked against standard samples. This ethod 、is accurate and needs short time. It is suited to the data processing of the ulticomponent in the polarography using on-line microcomputer.
