摘　　要：伴随着城镇化进程的加快,农村劳动力的转移也进入了新的阶段。在这一趋势下将农村转移劳动力纳入劳动工资统计范畴不论对于企业开展投资活动,或是对于政府进行社会管理、提供公共服务都具有非常重要的意义。我国目前劳动工资统计中存在着统计范围窄、统计口径小、统计指标针对性不强、体系不健全以及调查方式不够科学、统计工作效率不高等问题。针对以上问题我们应充分发挥职能部门在劳动工资统计中的重要作用,完善劳动工资统计调查制度,加强统计数据质量控制与评估,规范劳动工资统计工作。With the acceleration of urbanization, the rural labor force shift has entered a new stage. It is sig- nificant that no matter for enterprise development investment activity, or for the government social man- agement, provide public services in the trend of the rural labor force transfer into labor wage statistics cat- egory. At present in China, that statistical range is narrow, statistical caliber is small, statistical index pertinence is not strong, the system is not perfect and not enough scientific research method, statistical work efficiency, has some problems in the labor wage statistics. In view of the question we should give full play to the functions of labor wage statistics in the important function, improve the labor wage statistical investigation system, and strengthen the statistical data quality control and evaluation, to regulate the la- bor wage statistical work.
