社会资本进入我国养老服务业的结构性差异分析——以民办养老机构为例

摘　　要：我国快速发展的人口老龄化、高龄化、失能化业已成为21世纪我国需要面对的最重要的人口问题之一。推动养老机构建设是解决家庭养老功能弱化下我国养老需求的重要途径。促进社会力量成为养老服务业主体已成为解决该难题的关键。文章以民办养老服务机构为例,从结构性差异的视角出发分析了自20世纪末社会资本涉足我国机构养老服务业以来的具体发展状况,并提出了相应的政策改进措施。Ever since establishment of private nursing home has became a vary important way to meet our country＇s pension demand, with using the data of 2008＇s survey of basic statements of private nursing home in China, this paper analyses the basic situation of the development of private nursing home in- depth, answered the main problem facing the development process and puts forward the policy sugges- tions.
