秦朝档案在西汉建国中的作用

摘　　要：秦朝档案对汉初政权的建立和巩固发挥了巨大的作用。政治方面,萧何利用秦朝档案,因袭秦制,制定了一套符合当时需要的行政体制。法律方面,萧何依据《秦律》,制定《汉律》。军事方面,萧何利用秦朝档案为刘邦取得楚汉战争胜利提供了强大的军事后备力量支持。经济方面,汉初政府利用秦朝档案,迅速恢复了经济。文化方面,叔孙通利用秦朝档案制定礼仪制度;刘邦利用秦朝档案,重用儒生文治天下;张苍利用秦朝档案制定律令。The Qin＇s archives played huge roles to establish and consolidate political power during the Western Han Dynasty. Xiao He used the Qin government records to develop a set of administrative system in politics, made the laws of Han Dynasty, and provided strong military reserve support for Liu Bang. The economy of the early Han Dynasty also benefited from the files of Qin Dynasty. The etiquette systems were constituted by Shu Suntong, Liu Bang governed the nation by reusing the scholars whose personal documents all came from the files of Qin Dynasty. Zhang Cang made the law in Lvli according to the Qin＇ s archives.
