摘　　要：鉴于广西北部湾经济区已基本形成了以石化、钢铁、林浆纸、电子、能源、生物制药、轻工食品、海洋经济为主的临港产业集群的现状,运用波特的钻石模型,从生产要素、需求条件、相关支撑产业、企业的战略、结构和竞争、机遇、政府角色等角度,对广西北部湾港口物流产业集群竞争力进行分析,并提出提升产业集群竞争力的对策。In this paper, in view of the current status of the development of the port-side industrial clusters in the Beibuwan economic zone in Guangxi, we used the diamond model proposed by Porter, from the angle of productive factor, demand condition, corresponding supportive industries, strategy, structure and competition of the enterprises, opportunity, and the role of the government,to analyze the competitivity of the port logistics industrial clusters in Guangxi Beibuwan, and at last proposed the countermeasures to improve the competitivity of the clusters.
