摘　　要：在非常规突发事件环境下,首先分析了国内外企业应急物流管理研究现状,然后提出了企业应急物流能力指标选取原则,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,通过对企业应急物流能力影响要素的分析,从组织管理能力、服务保障能力、紧急救援能力和信息处理四个方面构建非常规突发事件下企业应急物流能力的指标体系,应用粗集理论对指标体系进行约简,通过对实际物流公司的调研使指标得到量化,最终获得比较科学合理的评价指标体系,对企业应急物流管理能力进行综合评价,为后续研究企业应急物流能力的评价提供了可靠依据。In this paper, we first analyzed the current status of the studies by domestic and foreign enterprises on emergency logistics management, then proposed the principle for the selection of the evaluation indexes of the enterprise emergency logistics capacity and then from four aspects built the index system of enterprise emergency logistics capacity in the event of non-conventional outbreaks. Then we quantified the indexes through field survey of actual logistics companies and finally arrived at the relatively reasonable evaluation index system.
