摘　　要：以应急物流管理工作与电力系统特殊结构的紧密联系为研究基础,对电力系统应急工作的特点和难点进行分析,提出构建理想化电力供应系统多环节应急物流集成解决方案的中心思想,对电力系统应急物流体系的对象、任务和特点进行深入探讨,并从应急网络的统筹指挥、信息交流、人员分配、框架建设以及技术研究等角度阐述电力供应系统多环节应急物流集成方案的构建策略。In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics and difficulties of the emergency responding activities of the power system, proposed the essence of the integrated multi-link emergency logistics solution for the idealized power supply system, discussed in-depth the object, task and property of the emergency logistics system of the power grid and then from several perspectives elaborated the strategy for the formulation of the system.
