摘　　要：以佛山产业转移为背景,通过模糊聚类分析为产业总部基地物流企业在建设战略联盟、选择合适的战略联盟伙伴尽快形成物流战略联盟提供决策依据,为加快当地产业转移,实现产业转移效益提升提供相应的物流配套服务。In this paper, with the industrial migration in Foshan as the background, we used the fuzzy clustering to analyze the establish of the strategic alliance of the logistics enterprises in the industrial headquarters and bases and the selection of suitable strategic partners in a bid to form the logistics strategic alliance as soon as possible.
