摘  要:介绍了超临界流体发泡挤出机的温度控制系统,分析了影响挤出设备温控系统精度的因素,并提出了改进措施,即利用双通道PID结合可控硅调整加热冷却系统的输出功率,降低了系统的热惯性与迟滞性。实验结果表明,控温精度可达到±1℃,极大地提高了挤出发泡制品的质量和成品率。Introduction was made to a supercritical fluid foaming extruder temperature control system. Analysis was made to fac- tors impacting on the accuracy of equipment temperature control system, the improved measures were raised. Combined with thyris- tor adjusting output power of heating and cooling system, the double-channel PID was used to reduce thermal inertia and hysteresis. Experimental result shows that the temperature control accuracy can reach +I^C, which greatly lifted quality and finished product percentage of extrusion foaming products.
