摘 要:针对某电厂3、4号机组循环水补充水与原设计差别大,循环水浓缩倍率低等问题,为提高循环水浓缩倍率、节约用水,同时降低腐蚀和结垢速率,以质量比2:3对2台机组补充水采用的工业水和中水进行混合,并进行静态筛选、动态筛选等优化试验,同时通过添加硫酸和阻垢剂进行整体优化设计。采用新的补水方式后,将浓缩倍率控制在5.0-6.0(按Cl-计),循环水系统不再发生结垢现象,而且凝汽器不锈钢管的腐蚀速率远低于标准要求,经济效益显著。For big difference existing between supplement water of circulating water ot unit 3 and unit 4 and designed water, and the low concentration ratio in a power plant, in order to further improve the concentration ratio of circulating water, and save water, reduce the corrosion and fouling rate at the same time, mix the normal water and the industrial water used in supplement water to the two units with the mass ratio of 2:3, adding sulfuric acid and scale inhibitor, with which the optimization test of static selection and dynamic selection was carried out. After unit 3 and 4 adopted the new way of filling water, with controling the concentration ratio between 5.0 and 6.0 (according to CI-), scale did not occur in circulating water system any more, and the corrosion rate of stainless steel tube condenser was far lower than the standard requirements, the economic benefit was remarkable.
