摘  要:某220 kV变电站油浸式电流互感器在正常运行工况条件下,金属膨胀器油位异常升高,且油色谱分析数据中H2、C2H2、总烃体积分数超标。绝缘油介质损耗试验、局部放电试验、主绝缘电容量及介质损耗试验结果为主绝缘介质损耗超标,局部放电试验局放电量超标。经解体检查分析,确定缺陷是由于油浸式电流互感器内部电容屏端屏纸不完全浸渍造成充气空腔及油纸起皱、重叠处产生局部放电最终导致金属膨胀器油位异常升高,与试验分析结果一致。为避免类似缺陷重复发生,提出加强对TA红外成像测温及金属膨胀器油位监督工作等针对性的防范措施。Under the normal conditions, the oil level of metal expander of the Oil-immersed TA is abnormally elevated in the 220 kV substation. In order to find out the reason,the relevant tests of TA are done. The tests results shows that the total hydrocarbon, volume fraction of H2 and C2H2, dielectric loss of main insulation, and partial discharge data exceeds the warning value. Meantime, the TA is disintegrated. Through the internal analysis, it is found that its internal capacitive terminal screen is not fully impregnated by the oil. It cause that there exists the inflatable cavity, wrinkled and overlapped paper in its internal, which leads to the partial discharge. Therefore, the internal defect of TA is the main cause of TA anomalies.On this basis, in order to avoid recurrence of similar failures, the specific prevention measures is put forward, which include strengthening the infrared temperature measurement and oil level supervision of metal expander.
