摘　　要：工程总承包作为一种国际通行的项目管理模式,在我国火电项目建设领域长期发展缓慢。本文从火电工程总承包企业的价值链管理出发,分析了火电工程总承包企业的竞争优势,阐述了工程总承包模式在火电项目建设领域的发展趋势,为在我国能源建设领域大力推广工程总承包模式提供了理论依据。EPC （Engineering-Procurement-Construction） is a popular method of international project management, but it has been developed slowly in the field of thermal power engineering in China. Based on the value chain management of EPC enterprises in the field of thermal power engineering, this article analyses the EPC enterprises competitive advantages, states the development trend of EPC method in the field of thermal power engineering, and provides theoretical basis for promoting EPC method in the field of energy engineering in China.
