摘　　要：人们对发展观的分析具有多维视野,不论怎样的发展观,都包含着政治价值,发展观从学术领域进入国家和社会政治体系,发展观与政治就联系在一起,作为影响一个国家和社会甚至全球的发展观,首先是一种政治价值选择,发展观的政治选择取决于国家政治过程,对发展观的政治选择是一个国家的内部政治行为,也与国际政治格局的变化紧密联系。People have multidimensional perspectives on the view of human development. No matter what kind of view of development it is, political values are involved. As soon as the view of development came in- to a country and a society＇s political system, it has been connected with politics. As a factor influencing a country, a society, even the whole world, the view of development is at first a choice of political value which depends on the course of the country＇s politics. The political choice to the view of development is a inner political behavior of a country, which also has close relationship with the changing of international po- litical setup.
