摘  要:目的原发性肝癌患者红细胞调控免疫和激素能力下降,而调控CO2浓度能力是否也下降,需要用体外系统血液生物学实验加以研究,为肝癌系统理论研究提供新的思路和研究方法。方法肝癌与正常人枸橼酸抗凝新鲜血各自都设为全血细胞培养组和白细胞培养组,放37℃温育1小时,测定培养物中血CO2浓度(mmol/L),计算红细胞吸附血CO2率[红细胞吸附血CO2率=(白细胞培养组血CO2浓度-全血培养组血CO2浓度)/白细胞培养组血CO2浓度]。结果正常人红细胞对血CO2吸附率明显高于肝癌患者红细胞对血CO2吸附率。结论肝癌患者红细胞血红蛋白调低血CO2浓度,将血CO2吸收带走的功能明显低下。原发性肝癌患者红细胞的系统血液生物学调节功能(包括免疫和内分泌及血红蛋白调低血CO2浓度能力等)全面下降。枸橼酸抗凝新鲜血是一种动态的和活的血细胞悬液,而枸橼酸抗凝新鲜血细胞快速培养系统模式可设计为各种疾病红细胞的系统血液生物学调控(包括血红蛋白调低血CO2浓度能力)实验体系,为中西医学相关基础理论实验研究服务。Objective To create a system blood biological experiment with blood culture mode for the exploration of regulative blood CO2 ability of red cells in liver cancer patients, and to provide new ideas and methods for liver cancer theory research. Methods Liver cancer and normal acid citrate anticoagulant new blood were set as the whole blood cell culture group and the white blood cell culture group, which were cultured at 37 22 for one hour, then were detected the blood CO2 level (mmol/L) in blood cells, and were calculated blood CO2 adsorption rate of red blood cell = (level of blood CO2 in white blood cells culture - level of blood CO2 in whole blood cells culture) + level of blood CO2 in white blood cells culture. Results Blood CO2 adsorption rate of normal red blood cell was significantly higher than that of red blood cells in patients with liver cancer. Conclusions CO2 regulatory function of erythrocyte is significantly lower in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Red blood cell has a system blood biology regulatory function (including the immune and endocrineand blood CO2). Anticoagulant fresh blood is a dynamic and live blood cell suspension, and fresh blood cells rapid culture system mode can be used for systems blood biological regulatory function experiments of various diseases.
