调理体质对痰湿质青春期PCOS患者BMI及睾酮改变的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨调理体质对痰湿质青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者内分泌指标的改变。方法将2010年12月至2012年12月间我院接诊的40例青春期PCOS患者随机分成两组,治疗组为健脾燥湿化痰法调理体质组(二陈汤+穴位按摩+达英-35),对照组仅采用达英-35治疗3个月经周期。比较两组治疗前后睾酮(T)及体重指数(BMI)的变化情况。结果两组BMI、T治疗后均较治疗前明显降低,治疗组下降均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过调理体质纠正偏颇体质,以健脾燥湿化痰为法,运用二陈汤及"阴陵泉"、"足三里"、"三阴交"、"丰隆"穴位按摩治疗痰湿体质青春期PCOS患者,可以使机体恢复到阴阳气血平和状况,有效改善痰湿体质青春期PCOS患者月经及内分泌紊乱,以达到预防、治疗疾病,降低远期并发症的目的,且该方法安全、有效、简便且廉价。Objective To investigate the effect of physical conditioning on endocrine index changes in adolescent patients with PCOS of phlegm-dampness type. Methods Forty adolescent patients with PCOS in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were randomized into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Diane-35 for three menstrual cycles, while the treatment group was treated with adjusting constitution by ＂strengthening spleen, drying damp and eliminating phlegm＂ （erchentang ＋ acupoint massage ＋ Diane-35）. The changes of testosterone （T）, and BMI were compared between the two groups. Results BMI and testosterone decreased after treatment in both groups, and declined more significantly in the treatment group than that of the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions The treatment with the combination of erchen decoction and ＂Yinling chuan＂, ＂Zusanli＂, ＂Sanyinjiao＂, ＂Fenglong＂ acupoint massage aiming at strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm-dampness can effectively improve of the endocrine and menstrual cycle disorder in adolescent patients with PCOS of phlegm-dampness type.
