“1、2、3”溶液小量不保留灌肠在脊髓损伤便秘患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价"1、2、3"溶液小量不保留灌肠法在脊髓损伤便秘患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我科2009年1月至2011年10月收治的52例脊髓损伤便秘患者,按治疗方法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(22例)。对照组给予口服杜密克(1包,每天2次)和开塞露纳肛(1支,每天1次)治疗,观察组予"1、2、3"溶液小量不保留灌肠法灌肠一次,观察两组有效率和24 h内的排便量。结果 "1、2、3"小剂量不保留灌肠治疗脊髓损伤便秘患者有效率为93.3%(28/30),而对照组为68.2%(15/22),两组比较具有统计学差异(χ2=5.6,P=0.018)。24小时平均排便量对照组为(178±35)g,观察组为(356±47)g,明显高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P=0.036)。结论 "1、2、3"溶液小量不保留灌肠治疗脊髓损伤便秘患者疗效满意,简易可行,是一种较理想的治疗方法,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of a small amount of non-retention enema with ＂1, 2, 3＂ solution in spinal cord injury patients with constipation. Methods From January 2009 to October 2011, 52 spinal cord injury patients with constipation were divided into two groups according to the treatments： observation group （30 cases） and control group （22 cases）. The control group received Lactulose Oral Solution （1 package, 2 times per day） and Glycerol Enema （1 tap per day）, and the observation group received a small amount of non-retention enema with ＂1, 2, 3＂ solution （1 time per day）. Efficient and defecation within 24 h were observed. Results The efficiency rate was 93.3% （28/30） in the observation group, and was 68.2% （15/22） in the control group, with statistical significant difference between the two groups （X2 = 5.6, P= 0.018）. 24-hour average amount of defecation was （178 ± 35） g in the control group and （356 ± 47） g in the observation group; it was significantly higher in the observation group, with statistical difference （P= 0.036）. Conclusions A small amount of non-retention enema with ＂1, 2, 3＂ solution in spinal cord injury patients with constipation is effective, simple and feasible; and it is worthy of promotion as an ideal method of treatment.
