摘 要:为将用于稳态排放测试的AVL DiGas 4000 Light五组份排放分析仪用于车辆瞬态工况下的排放检测,基于实验法和偏最小二乘法(Partial least squares,PLS)分别对AVL排放分析仪的瞬态测量结果进行时延和幅值修正。修正后的CO浓度值和VMAS系统测量CO浓度值一次拟合后得到方程的斜率为0.99962,表明两者之间吻合的非常好。为车辆在瞬态工况下能够利用该仪器进行排放检测提供了实验和理论支持。In order to use AVL DiGas 4000 Light analyzer which can measure five gases and used for steady- state emissions testing for transient emissions testing.The delay and amplitude correction for the transient measurement of AVL analyzer based on experimental method and the PLS (Partial least squares, PLS).The concentration value of CO after being corrected and the concentration value of CO measured by VMAS sys- tem obtained a fitting equation and the slop is 0.99962.This shows very good agreement between the two.It provides an experiment and theoretical support for taking advantage of the AVL analyzer to test transient emissions.
