摘　　要：通过对路遥的人生经历、创作成就及其小说中个人奋斗者形象的分析,指出青年们在接受路遥时,必须要有辩证的眼光。既要继承他小说中个人奋斗者的优秀品质,又要克服他们的缺陷,这样才更有利于自己成才。Through the analysis of Lu Yao＇s life experience, his creation achievements and the images of indi vidual fighters in his novels, the authoress points out that the young people must take a dialectical view and they should not only inherit the excellent qualities of the individual fighters in Lu Yao＇s novels but also over come their disadvantages when they accent Lu Yao.
