摘  要:为了降低脱碳再生热耗,陕西兴化集团有限责任公司对一期脱碳系统实施了双塔变压再生的技术改造;并应用热水型溴化锂制冷技术回收脱碳系统贫液的低位热能。技改结果表明:①脱碳再生系统溶液处理能力从370m3/h提高到550 m3/h,再生热耗从5 308 kJ/m3下降到4354 kJ/m3;②成功回收脱碳系统贫液低位热能,制得7℃的冷冻水用于氨合成系统,夏秋两季可增产合成氨20 t/d。In order to reduce the regeneration heat consume for decarbonization, Shanxi Xinghua Group Company Ltd. has executed the technical re- formation of pressure variation regeneration in double towers for decarbonization system in first stage ; more over low level heat energy was recovered from poor solution in decarbonization system by using of refrigeration technology of hot water type of lithium bromide. Technical reformation result indicates that: ( 1 )Treatment capacity for solution of decarbonization/regeneration systems is increased from 370m^3/h to 550m^3/h, heat consume of regeneration is reduced from 5 308 kJ/m^3 to 4 354 kJ/m^3. (2) Low level heat energy is successfully recovered from poor solution of decarbonization system, and can pro- duce refrigeration water with 7℃ used for synthetic ammonia system, production of synthetic ammonia can be increased by 20t/d during two seasons of summer and autumn.
