摘　　要：论文在简要分析了分散网络化生产系统之后，提出了分散网络化集成质量系统的概念，首次将集成质量系统的功能由传统的单一企业扩展到通过分散网络化制造网络联系在一起的不同地域的多个合作企业，并着重分析了分散网络化集成质量系统的体系结构和功能模型。This paper put forward the concept of dispersed network integrated quality system after concisely analyzed the dispersed network production system. Enlarged the function of integrated quality system from traditional single enterprise to dissimilarity terrain cooperative enterprise which contacted together by dispersed network manufacturing net for the first time, and emphatically analyzed the system structure and function model of the dispersed network integrated quality system.
