络风宁2号对心力衰竭大鼠心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察络风宁2号对心力衰竭大鼠的心功能的影响。方法 60只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(n=12),模型组(n=12),络风宁2号组(n=12),风药组(n=12)和芪苈组(n=12)。除正常对照组外,其他各组均按以下方法制备心衰模型,腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素、盐水喂饲,按照所属组别分别进行药物干预。观察大鼠心功能、心脏组织病理学改变。结果与正常对照组比较,其他各实验组心脏质量/体重比均增高(P<0.01),但实验组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。模型组心脏左室舒张末期内径(LVIDd)较正常对照组增大,LVIDd较模型组有所恢复,以络风宁2号组和芪苈组恢复更为明显,但组间比较未见明显差异(P>0.05),实验组心率、左室收缩末期内径(LVIDs)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及心肌病理学等变化一致。结论络风宁2号对大鼠心衰有确切治疗作用,疗效与芪苈强心胶囊相当。Objective To observe the influence of Luofengning 2 on heart function in rats with heart failure. Methods Male Wistar rats （n=60） were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Luofengning 2 group, wind-dispelling medicinal group and Qili Qiangxin Capsules group （each n=12）. Except of normal control group, all other groups were injected isoprenaline intraperitoneally for establishing heart failure model and given salt water feeding. All groups were given relevant drugs respectively. The changes of heart function and histopathology were observed. Results Compared with normal control group, the ratio of heart quality to body weight increased in other groups （P〈0.01） but there was no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. The left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter （LVEDd） increased in model group compared with normal control group, recovered in Luofengning 2 group, wind-dispelling medicinal group and Qili Qiangxin Capsules group compared with model group, which more significant in Luofengning 2 group and Qili Qiangxin Capsules group, but there was no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. The heart rate, left ventricular end systolic diameter （LVESd）, left ventricular fraction shortening （LVFS）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and myocardial pathological changes were similar in Luofengning 2 group, wind-dispelling medicinal group and Qili Qiangxin Capsules group. Conclusion Luofengning 2 has definite therapeutic effect on heart failure in rats, and its curative effect is similar with that of Qili Qiangxin Capsules.
