湖南社会体育指导员管理体制现状及对策

摘　　要：湖南省社会体育指导员管理机构集中,权力集中,社会参与少,运行效能低,培训、认证与监管脱节,数量不够、质量偏低等问题普遍存在,很大程度上制约了社会体育指导员管理和效应的发挥。要提高湖南省社会体育指导员管理效能,应该做到"认证与管理并举、政府与行业并进、数量与质量并管、制度与落实并襄、结果与过程并重"。Some problems exist in social sports instructor management system in Hunan Province, such as focused organization, concentrated power, less social participation, low operation efficiency, disconnect training, certification and regulatory, insufficient quantity, and low quality and so on, which greatly is restricted management and effect of the social sports instructor in Hunan province. In order to increase the efficiency of the social sports instructor management in Hunan Province, we must do that ＂authentication and management, government and society, quality and quantity, system and implementing, result and process should be emphasized simultaneously＂.
