摘　　要：农村公共文化产品具有特定的文化属性与文化传播功能,在农村文化活动中具有基础性的作用,无疑是农村文化建设极为重要的载体。建立优质高效的农村公共文化产品供给制度,以先进的农村文化产品催生多样的农村文化新形式,是形成具有鲜明的民族气质与地域特色,浓厚的传统文化底蕴与现代社会意义的社会主义新农村文化的必经之路。当前,"农家书屋"建设取得了重要成就,为新农村文化建设提供了丰富多样的出版产品和文化活动基地,在农村公共出版服务体中起到了导向与引领作用,对于在农村传播社会主义先进文化,提高广大农民的思想道德水平和科学文化素质,培养新型农民,从而推动农村生产力发展,促进社会主义新农村建设等,具有十分重要的意义。In rural areas the public cultural products are the basis for cultural activities and the prerequisite and support for cultural construction. It is the only way which must be passed to cultivate new socialist rural culture which is full of ethnic, regional and traditional characteristics through establishing rural cultural products supply system and producing varies culture forms. Now that, using the rural public publishing serving system and Village Library system to provide abundant, varied publications and the cultural infrastructures is of vast importance to create advanced socialist rural culture to improve farmers＇ moral and scientific standards and to promote the development of rural productive forces.
