摘　　要：数字出版产业是传统出版产业与网络移动技术相结合发展起来的新兴产业,对人才资源有着强烈的依赖性,对人才需求的类型和特征有着不同于传统出版业的特定要求,当下我国数字出版产业处在快速发展与提升的时期,而人才培养中存在的诸多障碍与之不相适应,必须结合实践拓展和创新我国数字出版产业人才培养的途径。The digital publishing industry is the emerging industry which combines with the development of the traditional publishing industry and the network mobile technique, it strongly depends on the talent resources. There are specific requirements on the types and characteristics of the talent demand that are differ from the traditional publishing industry. At present, the Chinese digital publishing industry is in a rapidly developing and ascending period. However, there are many obstacles on the way of talents training. We must combine with practice to expand and to innovate the way of talents training of Chinese digital publishing industry.
