摘　　要：实践教学是传承知识、形成技能、提升能力的教学活动。根据"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的总体要求,分析卓越机械工程师的知识、能力、素质要求,对组成实践教学的校内实践体系和企业学习实践教学体系的各要素进行整体设计,对构建基于"卓越计划"的"以能力为中心"的实践教学体系进行研究,是培养卓越工程师后备人才的有益构想。The practical teaching is a kind of teaching activity of imparting knowledge, forming skills and improving abilities. According to the general requirements of the ＂Excellent Engineering Training Program＂ , expertise, abilities and quality of the excellent engineers are analyzed, the overall design of each essential element of the school-based practical system and enterprise-learning practical teaching system is conducted, and based on ＂Excellent Program＂ the construction of practical teaching system ＂centering on abilities ＂is researched, some beneficial work is done to foster reserve talents of excellent engineers.
