摘　　要：介入技术已经广泛应用于心脏瓣膜病的治疗,随着新方法、新器械及新材料的不断出现并应用于临床,各种心脏瓣膜病的介入治疗指征及禁忌证均在逐渐改变,需要对其再次评估,并对相关问题重新阐述。杂交技术在心脏瓣膜病合并冠状动脉疾病中的应用可能是今后介入技术发展的一个方向。该文就主动脉瓣狭窄、二尖瓣关闭不全、二尖瓣狭窄等心脏瓣膜病介入治疗的现状予以综述。Intervcntional techniques have been widely used in the treatment of valvular heart disease, and with the appearance and clinical application of new methods, new equipments and new materials the indications and contraindications of various interventional treatments of valvular heart disease have gradually changed,which need re-evaluation and re-elucidation. The hybridization may be one direction in the technical development in valvular heart disease with coronary artery disease in the future. Here is to make a review of the status of interventional treatment of valvular heart disease including aortic stenosis, mitral regurgitation, mitral stenosis.
