摘 要:念珠菌是一种条件致病菌,白念珠菌是引起外阴阴道念珠菌病的主要病原菌,先天免疫系统和适应性免疫系统协调能有效抵抗念珠菌。近些年念珠菌的免疫学研究有了很大的进展,尤其是C型凝集素样受体家族、Th17细胞及其细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)17的发现。该文重点介绍了模式识别受体介导的念珠菌识别及细胞因子IL-17应答在宿主防御黏膜念珠菌感染中的重要性,同时也介绍相关免疫缺陷及免疫治疗的研究进展。Candida is an opportunistic pathogen. Candida albicans is the most common cause of vulvo- vaginal eandidiasis. Both the innate and adaptative components of the immune system work cooperatively to provide an effective defense against the invading fungus. The understanding of immunity to fungal pathogens has advanced considerably in recent years. Particularly significant have been the parallel discoveries in the C-type leetin receptor family and Thl7 cells and their signature cytokine, IL-17. Here is to give an introduction focusing on the importance of pattern recognition receptor-mediated fungal recognition and subsequent IL-17 responses in host defense against mucosal candidiasis. In light of these recent advances,it also discusses immune deficiencies and the development of immunotherapy.
